What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer the following shipping options. Delivery time does not include production and printing.
1. All off the shelf items are available for next day delivery. However, this is subject to the carrier’s delivery schedules. Shipping carriers do not guarantee this service to all areas.
2. We use both An Post Standard delivery and DPD Currier Service.

How can I track the shipping status of my order?

1. An Post Standard delivery can’t be tracked.
2. All DPD Currier service can be tracked once your order has shipped. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes a link to track your order.

Do you ship internationally?

1. We ship within Ireland and worldwide. If you need packets or parcels posted outside of Ireland, please contact us directly at
2. We ship worldwide if the ordered item is standard letter size (ie. Up to 100gms).
3.Currently, any items above the standard letter size we only ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

How long will it take to get my order?

1. Custom printed orders generally take 1-5 business days printing and production time. This can also vary according the quantity ordered. Shipping time is additional and can take from 1-3 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. Estimated delivery dates do not include product upgrades including addressing services, special instructions, foil imprinting, artwork assistance and proof approvals. These items may require additional processing time. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (An Post or DPD). 2. Deliveries are made during business hours only and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the parcel, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery (an accepting signature is required) and the address can be located, a calling card will be left in the letterbox for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or arrange re-delivery.

Can I specify on which day to deliver my gift?

Yes, you can request a certain delivery day for items dispatched directly from printing facilities. When completing your order, simply enter a note in the Order Comments field with your requested date. Although we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, we will try our very best to have your gift arrive on the requested day. Please remember that no deliveries take place on weekends or bank holidays.

How do I place an Order online?

1. We've designed our website to ensure finding and ordering your cards or other items are easy. Each order can contain one or more items and can be sent to one recipient's address. If you're buying two items for two recipients at two locations, you'll need to place two separate orders. If you do have any queries at any time at
2. Selecting the card - Once you have chosen a suitable card/item, click the 'Add to Cart' button. This will add the item in your shopping cart. When the item is in your cart you can easily remove or change the quantity of the item. You may now continue to shop for other items or proceed to ordering the item/s. Note: If you are logged in, the contents of your shopping cart will remain there (even after logging out) until you buy the item(s) or remove the item(s) from your cart. This handy feature allows you to store items you'd like to buy on your next visit to our site.
3. Ordering the item - When you are ready to buy your item(s), click the 'Checkout Now' link. If you are not logged on as a member you must now do so or check out as a guest. Members can later log back in and check their previous orders and use the address book. Once you have logged on as a member, you shall complete four stages:
* Delivery Information - The delivery address and cost will be displayed. Should you wish to send the item(s) to another address, simply click 'Change Address' and choose another address or enter a new address. When you are ready to proceed, click 'Continue'.
* Payment Information - Enter your credit card details in the Payment Information screen. All credit card details are sent to via a secure encrypted method (called SSL). When you have completed this section, click 'Continue'.
* Confirmation - The confirmation screen allows you to do a final check of all order details that have been chosen such as the item(s) and the delivery address. If you need to change any of these simply click 'Edit' to jump back to the relevant previous stage. When you are ready to place the order, click 'Confirm Order'.
* Finished - That’s it! The order has now been placed. You will automatically be emailed an order number and confirmation of the order details. You may also log back in at any time and check your order in the 'My Account' screen.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

On completion of your order, you will receive an email which contains your order number and details. Please keep this email safe as you will need the order number contained within for any further queries you may have.

Can I cancel or return an unwanted gift?

1. Yes, as per our Return Policy, you can return your item to us within 14 working days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an 'as new' state. Prior to returning the item, please contact us at
2. We guarantee our products 100%. If we make a mistake, we correct it free of charge every time. Products free of material defect at the time of shipping are not subject to a refund, return, or exchange.
3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised, bespoke, signed, handwritten, overprint cards or items cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?

All order confirmation emails are sent automatically upon successful completion of an order. If you have not received one of these it may be due to a problem with your mailbox. It may be treating our emails as spam and you should check your spam and junk folders. Your mailbox may also be full which may prevent receipt of emails.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

2. Cheque: You may also send a cheque, bank draft, postal order or make a bank transfer. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.

I am ordering from abroad. Do I pay VAT or tax on my purchases?

Valued Added Tax (VAT) is an Irish government tax applied to goods and services. There are three primary VAT rates within Ireland: 23%, 13.5% and 0%. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT for B2C customers unless otherwise stated. VAT is calculated and charged extra for B2B customers at the checkout. The standard VAT rate is 23% VAT. Some other items such as books and food are based at lower rates.
Whether VAT is charged is dependent on the destination of the goods (the recipient’s location or shipping address) and not your location. The below table provides a summary:

My account is locked, what do I do?

If your account is locked you will need to contact us and we will resolve this issue. This is usually caused by repeated failed logins.

Can you handwrite/overprint a message for me, if I want to send a card to someone?

We can indeed! Just put your message in the required section as you choose the card and we will handwrite it for you and send it directly to them. We can also overprint a bigger message and even in colour!

Please note that we can only send each order to one address. For instance, if you would like to send cards to two separate people you will need to place two separate orders.


Who will celebrate the Mass if I buy the signed Mass Cards?

Each intention of the signed Mass card will be remembered during a celebration of the Eucharist by one of the Divine Word Missionaries either ministering in Ireland or abroad. Mass intentions are another meaningful way to support Divine Word missionaries and their works.

Are the signed Mass cards individual Masses or shared Masses?

All the intentions we receive are for individual Masses and unless you opt for DWM perpetual Mass Association. In the case of perpetual Mass Association your intention will be remembered during a designated Mass once a month together with all other intentions of the perpetual Mass.


Why use an overprint message greeting card service?

There are many reasons you may want to use an overprint greeting card service whether it be from lack of time, wanting to stay in touch more due to the COVID pandemic or it may just be because you do not like your own scrawl. Whatever the reason is we are here and happy to help. You also have an option to make use of 600 characters to say all you want to your loved one.

The service is proving very popular with ex-pats across the world but particularly in places with less reliable or expensive postal services such as Dubai and the rest of the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and many others!

Will my message for overprint be edited?

We do not edit your message. Our designer will copy your messages as they are to your chosen greeting card and will organise the wording to fit the card space. The colour and the font will be according the discretion of the designer.


Will a person actually hand-write my card?

Yes. Your card will be carefully hand-written with the message of your choice! Simply choose your sending option from the dropdown menu and write your message in the box underneath. All cards are handwritten by a member of staff and posted by Standard An Post service.

Can you write in different languages?

We will write your card in whatever language you choose as long as they are in the Roman Alphabet. We don’t have the sill to use your native alphabet.
